Pencil and Pen

2025-11-22

I took a bunch of pictures of pages in my sketchbook I used most this year, usually while watching TV. I’ll be sharing those over the next few posts. Peace and Love, always do your best and be kind to everyone.

A Ton, but a Pause

2025-11-19

I still have a “ton” of artwork to share here, but I need a pause to do other things (like work), and time to take more photos of art to share. I think I will write my word blog (on Blogger) on Wednesdays, then check it over and post on Thursdays, and do this one (art-focused) on Thursdays, check it over and post it on Fridays. Then I won’t feel pressured to do both and post them right away. Giving myself that space and grace will help me maintain continuity without sacrificing my self-promise to blog again. Peace and Love. Be Kind to One Another. Go With God. Namaste.

Photos I took at Amber Lake in Cheney, Washington on Saturday. You couldn’t walk around the lake, but it was a very tranquil spot, almost silent except for some birds. I hope to go kayak there someday. On the way home we saw a moose crossing the road, which was very cool.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road

2025-11-05

When you hear the word “Follow …” what are the next words you think of? Your heart, your intuition, me, along, or the yellow brick road? Just a random thought. That would be a pretty good writing prompt though! Here are five more arts, the smallest is the three girls (the band Haim) 8 x 11:

Well, I am obviously still learning this. I tried and tried before but couldn’t figure out how to select more than one picture at a time. Somehow, without even intending to, this time it let me select multiple images and upload all at once. What I did differently this time, I am not even sure, but I’ll keep learning as I go.

Arts

2025-11-02

I don’t feel like writing, because I just had to write a lot for work, and I am *Le Tired*. So here are some arts I made within the last year: (the biggest size is 14 x 17 (person with the tie) and the smallest (kissing girl) is 8 1/2 x 11)
